STOCK in Canada is 205-55-16, unless you get the Highline model. I would have gotten 15"steelies but i got 16" steelies for practically nothing, so i couldn't refuse. Maybe the little bit of extra weight of the 205-60-16 over stock 205-55-16 tires would negate the benefit of the slightly taller tire.

My stock size is 205/60R16 and I run 205/55R16 as my winters because I have them leftover from my Gen2. They're not as tall (which is actually kinda nice when removing snow from the wheels haha) and my actual speed is 3 km/hr slower than what my speedometer says. Other than that, no other differences are noted.

Even though both can be used as bro pomen mentioned above, I'd suggest to use the 205/55/16 because with this size there are available choices of better performing tires with excellent grip while if you use 205/60/16 then there's only low-mid range tires available. 215/55R16 (also happens to be the stock Civic 16" size) 205/60R16 - a slightly narrower tire but also close in circumference; I chose the 205/60R16 for two reasons: Cost and narrower contact patch. The narrower tire will help, to some degree, reduce hydroplaning and cut through the snow. For winter, I typically choose the narrowest available.
